Kalid is a data engineer and junior fullstack developer. He builds web applications, automations and AI workflows that make day-to-day work easier for businesses. The work goes from sketch and prototype to a web app in production.

Optimaflow is a tool for companies that want their own assistant on their website. The company adds its information, chooses look and language, and pastes a snippet on the site. Visitors can then ask questions and get answers based on that company's information.

The assistant does not book on its own. It answers questions and can ask the visitor for a name and email so the company can follow up.
