Who is responsible
Optimaflow is run by Kalid Muhumed. Questions about personal data go to kalid.automations@gmail.com.
What we process
When someone chats, the question is sent to Optimaflow so we can reply. The reply is created with a language model. The content may be stored so the company can follow up. Signed-in accounts use an email address. The chat does not set cookies. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie.
Why
The data is used to answer visitors, give the company its assistant, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell personal data.
Separate companies
Each customer's data is kept apart from other customers. Visitors on a site only chat with that company's assistant.
Your rights
You can ask what data we have, or ask for it to be deleted. Email kalid.automations@gmail.com. Optimaflow does not promise more than what already exists in the service.
